Each extra finish needs its own mask: a separate layer or file showing exactly where the finish goes. All masks are vectors, filled in 100% K.

UV spot varnish — a clear gloss varnish on selected areas, screen-printed. It adds shine without changing the color.

Embossing and debossing — embossed areas are raised above the surface; debossed areas are pressed into it.

Custom die-cut — a shape cut out of the board with a blade made for your order, so every copy is identical. The cut line must be a vector.

Shifts are normal for these processes, so don't line a finish up against an edge or a fine detail where a fraction of a millimeter would show.
