Choose your format, quantity, and how your record will look.
How many records you want pressed. Mastercut, galvanics and test pressings cost the same whatever the run size, so the price per unit drops at each quantity tier.
The record diameter, which sets how much music fits on a side. The maximum playing time per side is shown on each option — longer sides have to be cut quieter.
How many discs are in one copy of the release. A 2LP is two records in a single package — each extra disc adds pressing, labels and an inner sleeve. A 4 LP is 12″ only and needs the hard-cover gatefold — it is the one jacket that holds four.
How many sides require a mastercut & galvanics set?
How fast the record plays. 45 RPM gives each minute of music more groove space, so it cuts louder and cleaner, but each side holds less.
How heavy each record is. 140g is the regular weight for 12". 180g is the collector standard and feels more substantial in the hand. Both play identically.
A test press is cut before the main run to verify sound quality. 5 units are included with every order.
One color? Select it below. Splitting your run into multiple color variants? Add variants and assign quantities — they must add up to your total.
Choose your sleeve, print finish, inner packaging, and insert.
Choose label type for your vinyl center labels. White unprinted labels are included at no extra cost.
The sleeve holding the record inside the jacket — poly-lined for less static and scuffing, or printed to carry lyrics and credits.
What the records are packaged in. A gatefold opens out to double the printable area; a triple gatefold folds out again. A hard-cover is case-bound over rigid board — a book rather than a folded jacket. A rigid box holds the records loose in their inner sleeves, or in jackets of their own. Hard-cover and rigid box are 12″ only.
The inside face of the jacket — the surface you see when it is opened, and plain white board unless something is printed on it. One ink is the usual choice for lyrics and credits; full colour is a second press pass.
The surface over the printed jacket. Lamination adds a protective film — gloss lifts color, matte softens it — while reverse-side printing puts the uncoated face of the board outwards for a raw, tactile finish.
A decorative pass on top of the print finish. Spot varnish, embossing and debossing each pick out one area of the artwork; a die-cut removes part of the sleeve entirely.
The price covers up to 25% of the packaging surface — enough for a logo or a title block. Need more? Tell us after you order and we will re-quote it.
A printed sheet or stitched booklet inside the package — lyrics, credits, photographs. Counts are in pages, so a 2pp insert is one sheet printed both sides.
A printed outer case the jacket slides into. A slipcase is closed on three sides and open on one; an O-card is a band open at both ends, so the jacket edges stay visible.
A printed paper strip carrying the release information. A bellyband wraps the whole way around; a belt obi folds over the spine and sits on the left edge.
Packaging finish, stickers, numbering, and other add-ons.
The seal around the finished package. Shrink wrap is heat-sealed and tight; a polybag can be opened and closed again. Without either, the package ships unsealed, which we recommend against.

if your barcode is printed directly on artwork.
The price covers up to Ø50 mm round or 50 × 50 mm square — larger, or a shape not listed, is re-quoted with you after you order.

Add an individual touch to every unit by stamping or printing a unique number on it — useful for personalisation or stressing the limited nature of the pressing.

The identifier for the release as a whole — the main catalog ID of your album. Include the barcode number if you already have one assigned. With more than one color, each also gets its own identifier below.

Upload your audio tracks and print-ready artwork files. Artwork can follow later; the audio is needed to submit, because the tracklist is built from it.
Upload each track separately under its side. WAV 24-bit 44.1kHz+ or AIFF preferred. Duration is auto-read from each file.
PDF, AI, PSD, or TIFF only — minimum 300 DPI, CMYK or Spot (PMS) color, 3 mm bleed.
